1. 1.     Admission to the Courses

Selection of student for admission to various courses is done on merit basis. Std. 8th to 10th vocational or technical educated student get preference to admission. According to the norms formed for the Industrial Training Institute by Labor Ministry of India applied for admission. The norms are mentioned in admission form. The applicant has to submit final mark list, school/college leaving certificate, caste certificate along with the admission form. All the courses are available for both male and female

  1. 2.     Training Details:-

A) Hours of Training- The minimum training hours per day will be 4/8 hours. The principal of institute according to requirement will fix schedule of working hours, shifts, holidays.

B) Holidays and Leave- The list of holidays will be given to each trainee after admission.

C) Medical leave- Trainee who are unable to attend the class due to illness may grant leave of absence to a maximum of 15 days in one academic year.

D) Extra-Ordinary Leave- Ordinary leave of not more than one day per month may be given for urgent personal reason at the discretion of the principal, subject to a maximum of 10 days in a academic year.

Note: every trainee should strictly maintain at least 85% attendance in one academic year.

  1. 3.Rules and Regulations:
    The trainee is bounded by the administrative rules and regulations of the training center and Academic rules of respective courses as laid down by institution from time to time. The trainee and his/her parent/guardian will have to give an undertaking to this effect.
  2. 4.     Discipline and Performance :

Wherever it is found necessary, the institution will take strict disciplinary action as stipulated in the rule Book of Training center. This mayamount to a warning, repetition, suspension, debarring or termination as the case any warrant. In case of unsatisfactory progress of trainee, the institution may fix number of attempts and give notice in writing to the trainee and his guardian. In case no improvement is evident within specific period, the trainee will be terminated

  1. 5.     Hostel :

Hostel facilities are provided in training centers. It is compulsory for the student to stay in hostel except when they are staying with their parents. Permission from SIS is required if trainee desired to live with his parents. In hostel food such as breakfast, tea, lunch and dinner will serve by  the time 7.30 to 8.00 a.m. breakfast and tea , 12.15 to 1.00 p.m. Lunch and 8.00 to 9.00 p.m. dinner with specious loading facility. The rule and regulation of hostel are exhibited at the hostel building. The details of hostel fees will be informed at time of admission

  1. 6.     Fees : –

The course fees for various trades are different as per duration of course. Course fee includes admission fee, tuition fee, workshop fee, stationary and other course material etc. practical material and workshop dress will be provided by institution. The details of course fee is available in office. Kindly make available the information from principal/authorized office person at institution office

  1. 7.     Industrial Training/ Apprenticeship :-

Arrangement will be made by B.T.R.I. for placement of trainee for their Industrial Training wherever applicable stipend depends of offer made by the other industry concerned.

  1. 8.     Special courses and Projects for Industries / Institutions :

Institution conducts special courses, tailor made to suit each industry. Training of trainers and training at supervisory skills and attitudinal development. Multi skill training for employees of industries both fresh and experienced.

 

AGE: The candidates of 14 – 40 years of age as on date of start of admission session are eligible for admission in ITI s/ ITCs

 AGE RELAXATION:
(i)  Relaxation of upper age limit up to 45 years in case of ex-servicemen & war widows.
(iv) The upper age limit of physically handicapped candidates has been relaxed by 10 years and kept as 35 years on the date of start of admission session.
